$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gpgv-udeb 

gpgv-udeb is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gpgv-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpgv-udeb *

You will get with gpgv-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table

gpgv-udeb package basic information:
